Best Place

I have lived here for over 2 years and have never had an issue. Michelle has maintained a safe and quiet environment for everyone on this property . Michelle is an excellent asset to this company. She listens to your complaints and takes care of the situation in a timely manner if one arises.
Thank you Michelle for making my experience here at COLONIA wonderful and stress free.

This was the best place I've ever lived, the managers are amazing the unit I lived in was amazing and I never had a problem here.

Roach Nightmare

had to throw away all of my furniture & microwave when we moved out bc they were infested with roaches. this place is a dump do NOT move here. did not get my deposit back when we moved out.

The worst place I ever lived

Just like the last review, still roach infested and overrun with critters. Easily the worst place I have ever lived. This place needs to be torn down.

Colonia Apartments

Hello .. Well what can I say about the service here first of all they have a roach problem and sometimes don't wanna send over no one . There not bad people but some neighbors can be to loud or disruptive .. The A/C sometimes work but not all the time . Am very disappointed how the service and management is here
