Neighbors are generous

The neighbors at Desert Club are very generous. They share their cigar smoke, their cigarette smoke, their marijuana smoke, and their Dog poop.

This Makes it very difficult to enjoy your domain when it’s being infiltrated with different types of smoke, which is known to be toxic, especially secondhand smoke.

Also, DC
Needs to Quit using glyphosate on their grass because it’s dangerous and even when it dries particles of it blow around and our dogs walk on it. It’s basically just weed killer. ...

DO NOT LIVE HERE

Everything about this place is awful. The interior is disgusting and smells bad. The neighbors and management are awful- rude- ignorant. I pray I can go back in time and never sign this lease. Do yourself a favor and go look elsewhere

Absolutely the worst most disgusting apartment complex I’ve ever seen. Worst mistake of my life was signing a lease here. My life has been nothing short of miserable since I moved in and I would do anything to break my lease

The Office staff and Maintenance staff are awesome. They always provide excellent service.
I've noticed over the years that patio rules are not enforced thus making our community less attractive.
