Alright I don't usually leave reviews but I have lived here for over a year and must say it's been an absolute pleasure. The management has always been honest with me from day one.
Tells you straight. Always with a respectful response. My son has a disability and the neighbors and staff are kind. Always makes you feel good Also must say the grounds are always well kept. Rob and his maintenance team are always on top of work orders and the needs of the residents. Willing to help in any way they... can. Friendly and Knowledgeable.

Management is bias

I was living there for 7 years and only write up certain tenants whether they are following the rules or not and they nit pick the very least violations of the tenants who are doing their best to get by ,making a very hostile living environment

Love It!

I have lived here for 5 years and it has been great.
The staff is reliable and the property is well maintained. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good value and great manager!

Great place

Beautiful environment and very peaceful/serene is what I loved about it the most. Apartments were also very nice looking. Staff were very nice as well. Definitely recommend

Desert Springs Desert

Leaf blowing on sat morning. Grounds were green, green, green 3 yrs ago. It seems the sprinklers are on a lot, I have to dodge them to keep from getting sprayed, walking on the sidewalk. And yet the grass is mostly brown and sparse nowadays. Something changed. Rent goes up every year, care stagnates or declines, particularly grounds-keeping and maintenance. The AC is inefficient, cycling often, dripping, dirty coil? The bill is almost double from 2 years ago. They say there's nothing wrong with... it. The maintenance dept could probably use an overhaul. Decent neighbors. okay neighborhood, good food and and 2 convenience stores nearby, mostly older, quiet residents. Some immature tenants (not necessarily young), but we coud find them anywhere. Overall, decent and average.

Thank you for your review. We strive to keep the grounds looking nice, green & clean. Leaf blowing, we know can be loud & annoying so we do hold off on starting that until after 9am on the weekdays and after 10am on Saturdays now. The summer can be... brutal on the grass and it's coming back around to the pretty full green we all want to see. We are currently looking into different styles of sprinklers that will ensure all the grass is covered but not spraying on the sidewalks too. AC efficiency can be difficult, so we advise changing the air filters monthly during the summer. We have them in the office to be picked up for free at anytime or let us know & we'll replace it for you. We can then also check to make sure the system is working at its best. It might just need a cleaned out drip pan or thermostat changed. Keeping cool in Phoenix is important, so let us know. We do have nice neighborhood here and hope everyone enjoys their home here.
