Duo Apartments

I lived here for half a year and my partner stayed till the end of the lease. Not only was parking always limited and a constant issue, but there was no support or help from anyone in the "office" and the location is not great. I had a neighbor who shattered their entire front window, screaming, fighting, the smell of all sorts of drugs and pee all over the apartment complex. Emergency services were there at least once a week to take care of someone who either overdosed, was getting aggressive,... and more. No one picks up after their dogs, and good luck getting in touch with anyone if you have any real concerns. Not to mention how many times the place has changed management. I can't even get in touch with anyone to get my deposit back. Take my word for it, you deserve better. No real sense of community on this property. Office employees are rude. The property isn’t very secure and sometimes is open to the public which causes non residents to get in which is unsafe.

I love my new apartment at Duo Apartments. My one bedroom is very well laid out, and with all the apartments here are nicely remodeled, and very classy!!! The common area have a lot of activities to do, and including a very nice pool.

So much potential, but undergoes new management too often which can elevate rent.Pool is 8 ft deep and is a great asset in the summer. Neighbors can be a hassle at times but also can be very friendly/neighborly.
