Beautifully Renovated Quiet Property

I've had a great experience living at Echelon Apartments. One of the biggest highlights is the staff—Gladis and DJ are both outstanding. Gladis is incredibly friendly, professional, and always responds promptly whenever I have questions or need assistance. It's clear she genuinely cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to help.

DJ is equally impressive when it comes to maintenance. He's quick to respond to repair requests and always gets the job done efficiently and thoroughly.… It's reassuring to know that maintenance issues are handled so promptly.

The recent property renovations were beautifully done and have completely transformed the community. The updated design gives off relaxing Palm Springs resort vibes while still being right in the heart of Phoenix. The combination of the stylish renovations, excellent staff, and responsive maintenance team makes Echelon a wonderful place to call home. Highly recommend!

Gladis was amazing!!!!

The tour experience was perfect! Gladis explained all of my options and I was able to make an informed decision. I definitely applied right away and cannot wait to be a part of this community!

Wonderful Manager

This property is beautifully maintained and I love the amenities and the renovated units. Echelon is located near great restaurants and shopping. I love the serenity and the beautiful landscaping. They have a great old hollywood style pool and a new gym was installed this past year.

I would recommend this property to all my friends and family. Great job Gladis and DJ.
