How Is This Rating Determined?

Don't move here.

There have been 2 SHOOTINGS involving tenants in the last year. One person was paralyzed. There are roaches. There are broken lights in the parking lot that haven't been fixed in two years. Repairs take a long time to be done or are not done at all. The inside of the apartments are old and run down. Most people don't pick up after their pets. Many neighbors are loud and disturb you at night. The police often have to come because of disturbances.
