Do not be fooled by The newly renovated looks. This apartment is very old. The problems that usually happen with old apartments happen here. I had mold in my apartment which was never properly addressed. Toxic mold! I had my ceiling collapse in due to water damage (pics below are after they "fixed" it. There was a roof leak. Ever since the manager left this place has gone down hill. I have had experience with theft, with no help from management. I have had issues with ants and every month things have been breaking in my apartment. They also control the AC and some units only have an on/off switch with no temperature gage. You are better off living elsewhere. Don't let the "upgrades" fool you, this place is a dump! I can't wait until my lease is over.
