poor matinence, i had to constantly remind the manager to fix the sink. not even two whole months in and the first bed bug appeared. then more. there was roaches since day one. hate this place.

Well first off besides the kick out 30 day notice handed to me 7 days early now that there is a new owner and the old owner/management totally is lying saying that this dump is normally $1,100 which it is or was only 500 a month. Number two it was bed bug city and cockroach infested it was insanely gross never ever had cockroaches in any of my places that is the truth . The bed bugs were the worse i tried sleeping in my bathtub with the drain plug in, Just to know about a bug crawling and... sucking your blood it was many restless nights as a matter of fact lost my job because of it.NEVER HAD a working dishwasher we would buy them new ones too cause my boyfriend t time new them and they never once put one in our place.there also been asking for key to mail box they lied about it saying that to get it from maintenance when for the whole time they had one in office.THE only good thing was they let me pay late.at times and the windows are not sealed so all my ac goes out the window.poor management bad communication with manager and people who are suppose to run the office they didn't do much it was just half put together.The pest control himself has told me and a friend of mine about how infested that complex was bed bugs and cockroaches.and they never sprayed the whole building they would pointlessly only spray your apartment if u were lucky they were tight as an increase.
