worst apartments ever

management was constantly changing, with no communication to residents. unsafe living environment had homeless break into laundry room shattering glass and trying to steal washers. dumpster fires starting loud neighbors' management doesn't care at all. I had a broken AC in the summer, so they took them weeks to finish they only come around when the rent Is due don't move here!

Serious customer service and maintenance issues!

I lived there 8 years and this last year was horrible with big ugly dumpster by the entrance, no parking lot lights anywhere when it rains, must be a joke when any electrical work gets done because results always end up worse when their maintenance fixes something they have to call a real electrician and it’ll be a few days, this place is 1994 with plastic pipes it has serious water and plumbing issues and every apartment smells mildest. When you pay rent on time and stick up for yourself about… poor maintenance and get your way via the authorities, they will not give you any rental history so plan for that,

Great apartments!!!

Me and my husband just move to the Meadows apartments, The manager was really nice and helpful, we found our apartment in great conditions and very clean, we love our apartment so far, a few neighbors introduced to us when we were moving, it looks like a nice neighborhood,
Couldn’t be happier with the service.

Nice Grounds, but You'll Get Nickel and Dimed

It's pretty, but they will extract every last dime out of you in the form of fees.
