    This place is awful, please read!

    I have been here multiple years. It has gone through 3 different owners in recent years. This place, since it is smaller, is more or less forgotten by owners. At this time, we have not had a property manager for weeks, and no way to contact anyone at corporate. The contractors have not been paid in months, the landscaping has not been done in at least 2 months and the pool has been a swamp for weeks! This happens semi often but typically not this bad. They are not vetting new people properly… just because they want to fill the space so you have some neighbors that have frequent parties that are loud, and invite a ton of people who take up the parking lot and hog the amenities and play loud music until 2 am. You have people who are stealing cars from the parking lot, at least one drug dealer (multiple drug overdose deaths here) and people that leave garbage all over the complex. Please don’t be fooled by the pics posted, I wish I could post my own. This place is awful and right next to a methadone clinic. Homeless come in and bathe in the pool and harass us as the gates are routinely broken.
