Not worth the price.
Utilities included which is a good thing as upstairs tenants roast worse and there is poor insulation. But too hot in the summer. They regulate chiller so you best be prepared to sweat and sit under a fan 24/7.
Bed bugs. New renters are uninformed and lose everything coming here and dumpster always has infested furniture around it. Washers and dryers not hot enough to kill them.
Laundry only open during certain hours and pay card can only be loaded if office is open.
Office very rude and have… to keep on them to fix things.
Quiet and in good location to everything. Grounds kept clean.Review from Apartments.com
