I promise this isn’t someone who is just mad or whatever. I had a 12-month lease at Senara Apartments, located at 5225 E Thomas Rd 116, Phoenix, Arizona 85018, and my stay there spanned from June 7, 2023, to June 7, 2024. As the lease agreement stipulated, I was required to provide a two-month notice prior to moving out, which I adhered to, ensuring that I officially notified management in advance of my plans. However, upon my departure, I was informed by the management that I owed for an additional 7 days of rent. This was surprising to me, as my understanding was that I had only occupied the apartment for 6 days in June, following the terms laid out in my lease. I believed that, by moving out a full day before my lease expiration and having provided proper notice, I was in compliance with all requirements and would not incur any extra charges. First they called me a day before and said they changed my apartment number. I got all my clothes sent to the apartment number they gave me 4000 dollars worth of clothes stolen because of that. If you move here beware get the package services people steal. I asked the office girl for corporate number she says for package yes 4000 dollars worth of clothes. Smdh. Everything in the apartment is patched up. I can't wait until my lease is up.

She says they've been there for 9 months but the property has not been taken care of they just rip people off taking their money charging for everything.
