Solaris at the biltmore

Quiet simply the leasing office Manager Nancy and Assistant Manager Brissa are fantastic. The Maintenance department Roberto and Abraham do excelent work. Everyone treats me like family. I highly recommend this property to live at. Everyone is exceptionally nice.

Solaris at the Biltmore

I have lived at this complex for several years and have had a great experience. The location is excellent, with plenty of shops and conveniences nearby. The move in process was smooth and straightforward, and the management team has always been responsive and helpful whenever repairs or maintenance have been needed.

Overall great customer experience

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex, and a big part of that comes down to the management team. From day one, they’ve been incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely helpful.

What really stands out is how approachable and communicative Brissa and Nancy are!

Great place to live!

I just moved in to Solaris at the Biltmore and this place is awesome for the price. Neat location with cozy neighborhoods to walk in and also the staff is very friendly and informative. Love this place. And very affordable.
