Do not rent apartments for Sunrise Vista apts can Martin they refuse to return your deposit if you do not get the apartment that try to make you wait 2 weeks that's unacceptable I think that scam artist if you had any sense to do not rent from Sunrise Vista apts

It’s important to note that in Arizona, property owners have up to 14 business days to return… a refundable deposit, and policies at that time may have reflected that requirement.
