Do not rent here

If I could give -5 stars I really would. They tow your car without notice even if you pay for parking, they shut your water off for maintenance nearly every week, roaches everywhere, cats peeing everywhere outside and making it smell like a trailer park. They like to make it seem like you matter to them but it’s just for show. Absolutely horrible place to live. Drains your soul and your wallet with their nickel and diming schemes

Great location & Price!!

Love it here, lots of amenities and price is great. Office staff is attentive, Maintenance is quick can beat that!

Disgusting, Do NOT RENT.

Your complaints will be met wholeheartedly, then disregarded.
If you can get over the fact that this place is borderline deliberately incubating roaches, this is for you. Your repair men will leave screws sticking upwards and lying around everywhere after they repair your floors. But dont worry. The grass is green.

Where are those units?

Lived here 3 years. Pool locked with a chain nearly all summer 3 years running, no lie. So hope you don't care about that. Apartments DO NOT LOOK like the pics. Have been to 6 different Apartments here talking my neighbors, not 1 has been updated. Manager here is absolutely clueless to upkeep of a building. You will NEVER see her unless you walk into her air-conditioned office. I didn't know water could be shut off so often until I moved here. At least 25 times in 3 years,… literally, i might be downplaying that. Only good if you have no options. Best thing about Valencia is cheaper rent.
