The air conditioning is ALWAYS an issue here. My friend says the air conditioning is not turned on at the moment, and its been in the 90's. The hot water is also a constant issue. The buildings are infested with roaches. In some areas infested with rodents. The GATES are all broken and have been a long time. The laundry rooms are disgusting, most of the machines don't work. If the tweakers manage to break into them, they pee and poop into the washers. The children are out of control, no lock on... the pool gate, so they all swim without an adult, and nothing is done about it. They also destroyed all the pool furniture. No mailbox key. Ignored work orders, and emergency maintenance ignores you as well. The office people are nice to you, as long as you're not complaining. The amount they are charging for rent is beyond crazy. Awful place. Moved in early August of 2021, and nothing but negative experiences. Apartment was roach infested from the start, no lighting, no in-unit washer/dryer (which they said there would be), cannot control your own AC temp (also said we could do this). Kids will throw rocks at your walls and windows, routine late-night shootings, drug addicts everywhere. Water barely worked. They would cut it off several times a month with little or no warning. Lost our hot water in October and it was not... once fixed before we finally moved in December. Management is OK, best one is Karla. Odessa is also good. Rest of them are terrible.. rude, unresponsive. Simply do not care for you. Rent and utilities are also high. Utilities are SHARED BY UNITS, so even if you’re very sparing, expect high utilities. Conditions are terrible. Unclean, unsafe. If you care about your sanity and well-being, you will avoid this place like the plague. Read More

DO NOT MOVE HERE !!! there are roaches, NO HOT WATER, NO A/C IN THE SUMMER!! The WORST complexes in the state of Arizona!!!

This is by far the worst apartment complex I've ever lived at in my 27 years of life the ac constantly shuts off there is gun shots at least once a week going off not to mention the maintenance crew has no idea what they are doing. Trash everywhere at all times and they expect rent due regardless that all these things are happening on the premises.
I would save your money and find somewhere else to invest your hard earned checks.
