They think just because it’s their apartments they can enter your place without giving any information! Maintenance enters when me and my son are sleeping and gives me no heads up.

The leak from 3 years still not fix yet YEAH roof is repaired but still water coming in from the kitchen widow now every time it rains and every week water is shut off 3 times a week. People at the office have bad customer services no call back and ignore calls. L
laundry mat are dirty as lease they should clean it every day and keep losing money because some machines are not working. Everything is a mess.

I have had roaches in the apartment since moving in 5 months ago..they spray almost every week and I still have roaches in the kitchen, bedroom, living room and bathroom..no hot water from Sept until Jan 1st!

Upon move in I submitted my inspection paperwork and only one of the repairs has been done.
The bathroom lighting was replaced because it was flashing like a disco light and the maintenance crew advised me that it had been unsafely hard wired in.
The ground level dining room window was not completely installed when I arrived. I was assured that the repairs would be completed the next day. After several months of hearing that the vendors would be here the next day or the next week; I was told… in December that now Corporate must approve the repair! Liker, really, you didn't know that in September? And why not move me to a safe unit?
Then the hot water. The hot water was out from Sept 2021 until Jan 2022. My neighbor stated that he hasn't had any since July 2021...can you imagine trying to do dishes or bathe without having to boil water?
The roaches. My unit is still infested even with weekly spraying.
The floor plans are wonderful and the rent is reasonable but at what cost? Don't move here! Read More
