Of the two staff I've spent any meaningful time with (Gina in Leasing, and Josh in Maintenance), both are friendly and pleasant. I get the impression the other staff are too. I really like the grounds and the layout of the buildings. The only negative matter is noise from the unit above me. This seems to be due to the nature of the flooring and how sound travels. I don't hear anything from the tenants on either side of my unit. It's just above - walking, running, opening and closing cabinet… doors - and it's all the time when they are home and active. They are not bad tenants, it's just the nature of the building. So when it comes to providing a reference to anyone that would ask, I would say it's a great place with great staff, but if you have a unit above you, you will most likely hear every step and cabinet door closing

The mature trees and open green spaces not only shield the building's but also give the community a parklike feeling. The wildlife is vibrant with songbirds chirping daily, quail visits and often a rabbit or two during the early spring season. A very relaxed environment.
