This place doesn't even deserve 1 star
This place is utterly gross. Mildew grows in the window. Poorly insulated. There's only 1 maintenance guy who does a poor job. They never want to update anything and had raised rent twice in 1 year. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

One star is a STRETCH
Management does not take care of anything and they turn their backs to serious situations going on in the complex. Be careful before renting. Do your homework.

The pines at prescott
This is a safe place, the property is well maintained. Any problems I have had with my apartment where taken care of in a timely manner. The laundry room is clean and was just updated with new appliances. The pool area is nice and inviting with a grill and picnic table. The people who live here are very friendly.
