One dog is accepted with prior approval only. A pet fee will be added to your booking when reserving online. Pet fees are non-refundable and are not to cover any damages, extra cleaning, or picking up after your dog.
The community center with all of the amenities is less than a 1-minute walk from the front door. You will have access to a heated pool and spa, fitness room, locker rooms, library, business center, common area living room with television and full kitchen, barbecue area, and fire-pit. The condo is a close walk to 2 grocery stores (AJ's and Safeway), Starbucks, many restaurants, and more. There is easy access to Loop 101 Highway, West-World, Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, TPC Scottsdale and McDowell Mountain Golf, as well as great hiking trails.
