The bedroom features two queen-size beds with pillows, linens, and sheets, a 43" smart TV, an office desk and chair, and reading lamps. The private full bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries, including a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, hand towels, and washcloths.
One parking spot is included. Additional parking may be available in garages or on the street nearby. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, with an additional cleaning fee of $25 per night for stays of 1-7 nights, $200 for stays of 8-29 nights, or $300 for stays of 30+ nights. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed.

There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building, with a fine of $500 if any signs of smoking are found. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If the parking pass is not printed, the company does not assume any responsibility for parking violations. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times.
