Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas, and any sign of smoking may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day, and guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Weapons and drugs are prohibited, and police will be called for violating this rule. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal.
