Our place is a quick walk to all the amenities you need such as grocery stores and great restaurants like Italian Daughter, JJ's, Jalapeno Inferno and Spiga. You can't really beat the location when it comes to everyday convenience.

You have a rooftop deck and sectional where you can enjoy mountain views and a shaded patio out back with a grill.

Your pool and gym are directly outside the patio, and there is also a grill. The kitchen is pretty deluxe, and there is a lot of cabinet space. The place is completely furnished. However, we can move things around or help you with storage if it just so happens that you own some things.

The large master bedroom includes an attached bathroom. The other two rooms share a bathroom. All bedrooms are upstairs and have closets. Plenty of space.

If you happen to WFH, you will like the spacious environment to move around, keep things quiet and refresh..if you know you know. There is a dedicated workspace that can be moved around.

Highway access is fast and it's easy to get to the 101. It takes about 25 minutes to get to Skyharbor in the morning.

We have a few TV subscriptions like Apple TV, Netflix, Hulu, and HBO you are welcome to access as well as an extra TV if you'd like for your room. This should keep your living expenses below market rent for a one bedroom place, and you can move in whenever. Deposit of one month required.

There is a not so busy pickleball court at Thompson Peak Park and nice paths to run and bike. Pretty close to McDowell Gateway TH, DC Ranch and Desert Ridge.
