The primary suite includes a king bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet, patio access, and a spa-style en-suite bathroom. Two additional guest bedrooms in the West Wing offer queen beds and share a full bathroom. The East Wing guest suite has two queen beds, vaulted ceilings, an en-suite bath, and French doors opening to the backyard. A separate casita suite provides a private retreat with its own entrance, vaulted ceilings, kitchenette, workspace, Smart TV, reading nook, and full bathroom.

The property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system to help maintain respectful noise levels in the neighborhood. This system measures noise levels (in decibels) but does not record sounds or conversations, ensuring guest privacy. Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee. This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c). Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 7:00.
