Enjoy the playful touch of a theme room and life-size games. A washer and dryer are available for convenience during longer stays.
Enjoy the heated pool year-round for $40 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required. During inclement weather, using the pool is not advised.
The home sits in a quiet residential neighborhood that keeps you close to the energy of Scottsdale while giving you space to unwind. Old Town is just minutes away, along with nearby restaurants and shops. Free parking on the premises and free street parking make it easy to explore the area.
There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on the premises, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed two per reservation; up to one car may park in the driveway, and one car may park on the street in front of the home. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. If you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10 AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300. Failure to observe the rule to not tamper with the pool vacuum cleaner could result in fines up to $150.
