There are cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. The parking pass needs to be printed, and responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with parking guidelines is not assumed. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. Early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $35/2 hours, with 24 hours' notice required. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check-out fee. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. Due to seasonal changes and the hot summer heat, you may occasionally notice a few small bugs, such as ants, but not limited to ants. This is completely normal, and issues will be addressed promptly.
