The bathrooms feature a shower/bath combo, fresh towels, essential toiletries, and ample mirror space with bright lighting.
Enjoy access to a resort-style pool and dedicated parking spaces, with additional parking options available nearby. Pets are allowed with an additional cleaning fee: $25/night for 1-7 nights, $200 for 8-29 nights, and $300 for 30+ nights. There is a 2-pet maximum, and only cats/dogs are allowed. Breed restrictions apply. An additional $500 fee will be imposed if pets are brought without prior notification. Early check-in or check-out may be available at a fee of $25/hour, with 24 hours' notice.

Guests may be asked to provide a copy of their government-issued ID, confirm contact information, provide a valid credit card, pass through a verification portal, and potentially complete a criminal background check. All guests will be required to sign a rental usage agreement. A $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $350 security deposit hold is required.
