Guests must choose between a $400 refundable security deposit or a $40 nonrefundable damage waiver, which covers minor accidental damages up to $150. This process is handled off-platform and is required for all reservations. Lost or unreturned keys will incur an $80 replacement fee, and key fobs will cost $150 to replace.
