Noise complaints or any violation of this rule may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If the noise monitors are tampered with, there will be a fee. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late checkout fee. If pets are brought without prior notification, there will be a fine of $500. There is a $80 fee for key replacements and a $150 fee for key fob replacements.
