The bathrooms feature a shower/bath combo, fresh towels, essential toiletries, ample mirror space, and bright lighting.
A dedicated parking space is available, with additional parking options nearby. For units that permit pets, they are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: $25/night for 1-7 nights, $200 for 8-29 nights, and $300 for 30+ nights. All guests must sign a rental usage agreement. A $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $350 security deposit hold is required. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times.
