Dedicated parking is available, and additional parking options are available nearby. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, and an additional cleaning fee is required per pet: $25/night for 1-7 nights, $200 for 8-29 nights, and $300 for 30+ nights.

Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am every day, and noise complaints or any violation of this rule may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy, and if there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning, you may be charged extra for cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys cost $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee. All guests must be 23 years old and above. [SI]
