The bathrooms are spotlessly clean and well-stocked with fresh towels and starter toiletries. The living room features a plush sofa bed, armchair, a 58" 4K HDR smart TV, and a stylish coffee table.
Reserved parking spaces are included, and additional parking is available nearby. Pets are allowed in select units with prior approval and under the following conditions: a pet fee of $20 per night per pet, a maximum of 2 pets (dogs and cats only), and breed restrictions for Alaskan Malamute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky breeds, Pit Bull breeds, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, and Wolf hybrids. Please notify us in advance if you are bringing a pet.

All guests must be 23 years old and above. To comply with local laws and building security regulations, all guests are required to complete a verification process, which may include submitting a valid government-issued photo ID, confirming contact information, providing a credit card that matches your ID, and completing a secure verification portal. Noise monitoring devices are installed to measure decibel levels (they do not record audio), and tampering with these devices will result in a fine. Security cameras are located in building common areas and hallways for safety purposes. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 penalty. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building, and any signs of smoking will result in a fine of $500. No parties or events/gatherings are allowed, and if there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day, and noise complaints or any violation of this rule may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. Depending on our cleaning schedule, we may be able to accommodate early check in/check out at a fee of $35/2 hours. Otherwise, for delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee.
