If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There are noise monitors installed in the unit that measures the noise levels in decibels, and if tampered with, there will be a fee. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There are cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No Unauthorized Guests are allowed at the unit, $100 fine per guest if discovered.
