There is a strict no-party policy, and if there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There are noise monitors installed in the unit that measures the noise levels in decibels, and if tampered with, there will be a fee. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There are cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No Unauthorized Guests are allowed at the unit, $100 fine per guest if discovered. If you are bringing a pet(s), please let us know beforehand for the fees, otherwise there will be a fine of $500 if discovered, no exceptions. For lost or unreturned keys, there is a fee of $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee.
