If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. There are noise monitors installed in the unit that measures the noise levels in decibels, and if tampered with, there will be a fee. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times.
