Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, and an additional cleaning fee is required per pet: 1-7 Nights: additional $25/night, 8-29 Nights: additional $200, and 30+ Nights: additional $300.

There is a strict no-party policy, and if there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. There are noise monitors installed in the unit that measures the noise levels in decibels, and if tampered with, there will be a fee. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee. If you are bringing a pet(s), please let us know beforehand for the fees, otherwise there will be a fine of $500 if discovered.
