This bright, modern, and spacious apartment features an open-concept design, blending the kitchen, dining, and living spaces. The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, stove and oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and coffee essentials, electric kettle, blender, air fryer, and a full set of glasses, silverware, pots and pans. The living room is designed with a plush sofa bed and armchair and a 58" 4K HDR smart TV. The bedrooms are outfitted with soft lighting with reading lamps and 43" smart TVs.
Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. To avoid having your reservation canceled, please inform us in advance and be honest about bringing a pet. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: 1-7 Nights: additional $25/night, 8-29 Nights: additional $200, and 30+ Nights: additional $300. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. Dedicated parking space and additional parking options are available nearby. Depending on our cleaning schedule, we may be able to accommodate early check-in/check-out at a fee of $25/hour. You must message us 24 hours beforehand to see if we can authorize this request.
Nestled at the base of the picturesque McDowell Mountains, this exclusive neighborhood offers a peaceful, serene environment with stunning views. World-class golf courses, such as the TPC Scottsdale and Grayhawk Golf Club, are just a short drive away, as are upscale shopping centers like Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. The neighborhood is easily accessible by car, and there’s plenty of parking available. Popular destinations like Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, and Grayhawk Golf Club are just a short drive away (5-10 minutes). Major highways, including the Loop 101, are nearby, making it easy to explore the greater Scottsdale and Phoenix area. Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area.
Local bookings are not accepted, and all guests must be 23 years old and above. Quiet hours are between 10pm - 8am everyday. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, no exceptions. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There are noise monitors installed in our units (it does NOT record sounds or conversations), it just measures the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee. We do not assume any responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with our parking guidelines as detailed in the check-in guide. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys: $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee, no exceptions. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times.
