The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, stove and oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and coffee essentials, electric kettle, blender, air fryer, a full set of glasses, silverware, pots and pans, and a dining table with chairs. Dedicated parking is available, and additional parking options are available nearby. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, no exceptions. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If the noise monitors are tampered with, there will be a fee. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee, no exceptions. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys: $80 for key replacements, $150 for key fob replacements.
