Guests may be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, provide a valid credit card, pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check. All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement. Guests will be asked to choose either a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $350 security deposit hold.
