No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. Noise monitors are installed in the units to measure noise levels in decibels; tampering with them will result in a fee. Security cameras are in the hallways for security. Guests may be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, provide a valid credit card, pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check. A rental usage agreement must be signed. Guests may choose either a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $350 security deposit hold.
