The fully equipped kitchen boasts large countertops with seating for up to 13, double ovens, an electric cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, traditional coffee pot, toaster, blender, hand mixer, cookware, and full kitchen essentials, along with dishware, glassware, and utensils for 14+ guests. A large dining table seats 10, with additional bar seating for 4. The primary suite includes a king bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a walk-in closet, a 55" Smart TV, and Alexa, with direct backyard access. Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 each feature a queen bed or a bunk bed with a trundle, a 55" Smart TV, Alexa, and shared full bathrooms. The private casita offers a king bed, a full kitchen, a 55" Smart TV, a private washer and dryer, and a separate entrance. Entertainment spaces include an Arizona Sunroom with a poker table, shuffleboard, and bar setup, and a KidZita Game Shed with an Xbox, 50" TV, sound bar, and LED lighting.

The primary booking guest must be 25 years of age and physically staying at the property. Events are allowed with an event fee that will be accessed after booking, dependent on the number of guests. A refundable deposit of up to $300 may be required at booking or at least one week before arrival. Background checks may be performed. A fee of up to 4% may be held to cover admin and credit card fees if the reservation is canceled. Check-out is at 10 AM and check-in is at 4 PM.
