The 5th bedroom is an attached casita/pool house with a private keyed exterior entrance. It functions as a small studio space and includes a queen sofa sleeper, kitchenette, and full bathroom, offering added flexibility and privacy for guests. All guests are required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in. A zero-tolerance policy for parties and events is strictly enforced, and violations may result in fines, immediate removal from the property, and/or cancellation of the reservation without refund. A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entrance only and is used solely to monitor occupancy and emergencies. There are no interior cameras or recording devices on the property. The home is also equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system, which measures decibel levels only and does not record audio or conversations. Pets are not typically permitted. Exceptions may be considered upon request. If approved—or if a pet is found on the property without prior authorization—a $175 non-refundable cleaning fee will apply.
