If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. For added comfort and security, the unit is equipped with a noise monitoring device that measures sound levels only. Tampering with this device may result in a fee. Security cameras are located in common areas such as hallways. Guests must be 23 years of age or older. Local bookings are not accepted. Guests may be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches their ID, pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
