No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and a fine of $500 will be imposed if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises. Guests must be 23 years old and above. Guest verification is required, which may include providing a government-issued photo ID, confirming contact information, providing a valid credit card, passing through a verification portal, and in some instances, completing a criminal background check. A rental usage agreement must be signed. There is a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $350 security deposit hold. If pets are brought without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. Tampering with the noise monitoring device may result in a fee. Lost or unreturned keys will incur an $80 replacement fee, and key fob replacements will cost $150. A $500 late check-out fee will apply.
