Essential toiletries, towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided in each of the 2 bathrooms.
Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are welcome, depending on size or if they are service animals, for an additional cleaning fee of $25 per night for stays of 1-7 nights, $200 for stays of 8-29 nights, or $300 for stays of 30+ nights. There is a 2 pet maximum, and only cats and dogs are allowed.

Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy, and if there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the apartment, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and if any signs of smoking are found in the apartment or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed.
