Don't recommend
We lived there for a total of 4 years. Overall, the management lacks customer service, parking SUCKS, and amenities and the actual apartments are worn down.
When we first moved in, we loved the 1bdrm layout. We also had a good experience the person that we worked with, Nathaniel. We were given 1 parking spot and my husband was left to finding a guest spot. We quickly noticed how guest parking filled very quickly. After a couple months, we were able to get another parking spot.
After about a... year or two, they changed almost HALF of the guest spots to electric charging stations which really made guest spots EVEN MORE challenging to find.
After about 3 years in the 1bdrm, we moved to a 2 bdrm...BIG MISTAKE. About 1 month in to this 2bedroom apartment, we started to have issues. Since this was a top floor unit, something started leaking causing mold to grow. We had to completely move out of the primary room. It was fixed, but absolutely no compensation from the leasing office whatsoever (meanwhile they were using the electricity that we pay for to "dry" out the affected area). About 4 months later, the same exact thing happened. And once again, had to move completely out of the primary bedroom and no compensation from the management. (DO not rent a top floor unit!) Also, we had a garage included with this apartment and that included a tandem parking spot which was a huge pain.
Another thing to note, this place isn't secure. They have gates all around but they don't work. They haven't worked for at least 2 years. All of the pedestrian gates are also all broken. I have physically seen a car with broken windows and a resident filing a police report. Also have heard of residents getting things stolen out of their garage.
The apartments are in need of a refresh. The floors are uneven and the windows aren't sealed letting in air from outside, racking up the AC bill.
The amenities LACK completely. They have a "movie theater" with uncomfortable furniture. And there isn't much green space to walk your dog (other apartments in the area have fenced in dog spaces). The pool is nice but there isn't enough furniture since it fills up fast.
As we moved out, we were hit with lot of extra fees essentially to try to get as much money from us as possible. Although this place is affordable for the area, I wouldn't recommend it.
