Very nice area, staff are great, just overall a nice place to live! Amazing location if you like shopping or are working remote…coffee shop literally a few steps from the front door and everything is walking distance.

Love this property. Staff is fabulous, property is well maintained and I have never heard my neighbors on either side or below me. Work orders are always done quickly and efficiently.

Such a beautiful property

I recently had the pleasure of touring Broadstone Scottsdale Quarter with Jessica Tolento, and I was thoroughly impressed by her professionalism and warmth. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Jessica was incredibly knowledgeable about the property and the surrounding area, answering all of my questions with clarity and insight.
