This is the only place to consider. What an amazing place!
Madison, Victor, Julie, and the Team were amazing. I wanted to thank the entire team & those that have made my move in & dealt with any requests so patiently (maintenance, Juan, etc.) as I continue to be impressed with the Broadstone Waterfront complex & everyone that makes everything so amazing for us all. This is an amazing place in a great location, and they go over and above to create the right environment for everything that lives here. it is also a very safe and secure complex in a great... location.

I have lived here for 1 year plus! Love the apartment set up, I seldom hear anyone in the hallway. All maintenance completed within 24 hours or sooner. I love the closeness of the mall, the canal to walk along and the restaurants nearby!!

Great place, great location and first class management. If you want to be where the action is in Old Town Scottsdale the Broadstone Waterfront is an excellent choice!

Moving from out of state, I signed a lease without even getting to view the complex because I knew it was a great location. When I moved in I realized it was also beautiful, well built, clean, has wonderful amenities and amazing staff too. Best decision.
