Clean and quiet community, with rent prices extremely fair.
Management very responsive and always willing to help with anything.
Had a few minor issues while moving into my new unit, and the management and maintenance handled everything as soon as I submitted a request and in a timely manner. They overall made my move-in experience so smooth. Seriously could not ask for a better spot. Close to fashion square and old town as well. And right next to a golf course.
(Any other apartments in this... area and in the same price range, will have tons of google reviews about how the apartment is dirty and has bugs and roaches. I searched through so many different apartment options so I know. This is the one spot that is different than the rest. Well kept and taken care of. Literally no bugs.)
Also has two different pools which are also clean.
Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
