Hideaway needs to pay more attention to the AirB&B. I personally have not had issues because I do not live near any of the units, but I have heard there has been problems.

Hideaway North Scottsdale is an ideal place to live. The property continues an ongoing effort to maintain, improve and upgrade the services and amenities.
The location is ideal for shopping and exercise at the Scottsdale Sports Complex next door for walking and the state-of-the-art fitness center on the premises.

My experience at Hideaway North Scottsdale has been extremely disappointing. From the very first month, I reported a roach infestation that was never properly addressed—despite being told treatments had occurred, they never actually did. Maintenance issues are consistently left unresolved or falsely marked as completed. I’ve had to follow up multiple times just to get basic repairs done. The leasing manager is rude and condescending, and accountability is nonexistent. This is not a safe or... well-managed community. I would never recommend living here.
