Beautiful community!

Great location, friendly and caring staff, and well-kept property. I love the dog spa and dog park in the community. My experience has been very positive in the year I have lived here, and I see myself staying for years to come.

Stay away

Pet spa broke, pool broke, trash everywhere, downstairs neighbor smokes weed everyday which goes into our home. Looking forward to moving out. Property manager doesn’t care, they are running away too.

Amazing Finishes and Advisors

With so many rental options in Scottsdale, my showing here was the most influential. Received a full tour of the grounds and unit - greatly appreciated and first time I was shown in excess the unit, which overall made my decision to lease here. Perfect location, beautiful view, and the cleanliness upon move in could not have been better (dusting was not even required!). Thanks JT and the leasing team for all of your assistance! Look forward to a new year ahead!
