I recently toured this new apartment community, and I was absolutely blown away by the luxurious amenities and stunning design. The spacious layouts and modern finishes truly create a beautiful living environment. Rachel and Madelynn were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, answering all my questions and making me feel welcomed. Their professionalism and warmth made the experience even better. I can't wait to move in and enjoy everything this amazing community has to offer!

I've been watching this luxury apartment community come to life, and they truly outdid themselves! The amenities are fantastic, offering everything you could want for a comfortable and stylish living experience. The office staff is awesome and all welcoming, super communicative and always ready to help. If I didn't already have a house, I would absolutely rent here! I’d give it 10 stars if I could. Rachel is particularly amazing; she makes the whole experience even better! Highly recommend!

The leasing staff and manager are horrible at communicating. They said the leasing process would give me an answer in less than three days. They didn't call me once to update me. I had to email, call several times, show up in person and wait until late afternoon the day of my move in to even get an answer and I'm the one that called them multiple times. They are horrendous at communicating and liars they say in the tour that credit doesn't really matter I even heard them tell other applicants... touring this was the case. So based on income alone I should have been approved. Due to covid I hit a snag with my credit but have been working on it.
They asked I pay a bill and I thought it would get me approved which it didn't. They lied and said it took more days for approval because my current apartment did not get back to them. My apartment always answers the phone and told me they never recieved correspondence and when I asked they sent the information right way. I never missed or was late on rent, made enough rental income to qualify, and didn't owe any previous properties rent or fees. They lied when they said credit wouldn't matter and I would have never wasted more than 500$ on the application process. I asked for a refund because of this experience and they had no empathy and refused. It was a sign from God I didnt get accepted here and I hope no one else goes through what I went through Read More
