You need to move to this property

Amazing property the manager is hands down amazing and wonderful. I think the best maintenance team in the world. I will never move again

Amazing

I am in the market for an apartment came to look at this apartment community. They didn’t have anything available but Amber and Myesha were very helpful! they also gave me a telephone number for one of there sister communities and how to find it! The grounds were very pristine and clean, I could see the upgrades that were being done in the community and it just looks amazing!

Ongoing tenant

The entire staff at morning side apartments in Scottsdale branch is amazing and have especially under the new management been incredibly responsive

Avoid

pot smoking neighbors below me and management has done NOTHING about it, despite my multiple complaints and their admission that it’s a violation of the lease. Look elsewhere.

Management just wants to get more money

I stayed in this apartment for 1 year, paid security deposit of $500 and while leaving I was given a list with charges associated with it. After 2 weeks I got a letter from the management asking for additional $468 (I paid it although they mentioned $675 for kitchen odor imagine!!!), in the list that cost was not provided. I would recommend not to rent this apartment (shelled out $968) just to move out and have peace of mind.
If you want to learn from someone's mistake please do not rent this… apartment.
