The pool and jacuzzi have been broken for months. Management has no plans to reopen. Management is unfriendly and unresponsive. Property has irrigation issues and constantly floods. Washers and dryers break constantly.

Living at The Viridian Apartments in Scottsdale you could not ask for more if you are looking for a quiet safe environment in one of the best locations in all of Phoenix. Within a few blocks there is downtown Scottsdale, Talking Stick Resort, tens of shopping centers and literally hundreds of restaurants. The apartments themselves are well maintained and the staff is always more than helpful.

We originally moved here to The Viridian 3 years ago since it is close to SCC. It is in a convenient location with access to the 101 and the Chaparral Park. There is a fireplace, nice sized pool,hot tub,clubhouse, gym, lots of BBQ grills,computer and t.v room, and 2 laundry rooms. Also pet friendly.. The apartments here are spacious for the price and best of all I haven't seen any bugs. The staff is friendly and tries to accommodate everyone the best they can. I would recommend living here.... Thank you to the Staff for all that you do.

I have lived at the Viridian for almost 4 years. I am currently in my 3rd unit. Not only do they work with you, they are attentive, caring, and treat you as though you’re family. I had to move out of an old unit in a days notice and the entire staff jumped to accommodate me. I allow maintenance in my apartment at any time due to the trust we have built and Jeni and Heather are both just amazing! I have and will continue to recommend this property!

When we did a tour, I was instantly impressed by the facilities, and the size and quality of the apartments. The staff is super friendly, and the property manager remembers my name and which apartment I'm in even though I've only been here 6 months.
However, management told us they were re-tiling the swimming pool, and it has now been closed for months with no updates about what's happening or any rent reduction. Because I live in an apartment, the pool area is one of the few places I can go to... enjoy the sunshine, other than a public park, and it's been locked off for MONTHS. I was woken up early this morning to hear a jackhammer tearing up the pool, which I suppose means I'll have to find relief from the 100 degree temps elsewhere this summer. Why would you begin a pool repair in the summer? If I'd known about this problem and lack of compensation, I wouldn't have moved here.
