How Is This Rating Determined?

Pinon Lofts is the place to live

I have lived in Pinon Lofts apartments since November 2020 and have just signed on for another year.

Of all the apartments to rent in Sedona AZ, Pinon Lofts is the only place I would live. I love it here at Pinon Lofts Apartments.

Pinon Lofts is new (opened May 2020), fresh, modern and conveniently located in Sedona.
The Management and Maintenance at Pinon Lofts make sure everything stays that way.
The other residents here are friendly, courteous and helpful whenever needed.
As we know nothing... is perfect 100% of the time, but when something
is not the way it should be, Management and Maintenance are on the spot getting everything back to normal ASAP.

I had two minor issues that needed fixed and Maintenance was
there the very next day taking care of the issue by 11:00 AM.

I am rating Pinon Lofts FIVE stars and their Maintenance Supervisor
“Steve” FIVE stars PLUS. Steve knows what he is doing, is friendly,
kind and trustworthy.
BOTTOM LINE: If you are going to rent in Sedona, then Pinon Lofts
is the place to live.

Worst Lease Ever

Honestly after reading the reviews here, I’m mad I even moved in. I can’t believe it. I spoke with a bunch of my new neighbors and got to find out how disgusting the management of this property is. They should all be absolutely ashamed. Every front person has been nothing but a spiteful, uncaring, USELESS, negligent host. Between watching my downstairs neighbors apartments flood every week now, to watching how the staff treats its employees and residents, it’s truly appalling and shocking that... no one has sued these
People into the ground. We may just have to do something about this terrible place.

RUN AWAY

HELP

I have been trying for weeks to get in contact with these lofts. I have visited there several times, I have sent several requests to get in touch with me and have left all my information. They say they will contact me. This has not happened. Nor can I find the Leasing Office. I have been trying since I first saw the units being built..HELP please
