The second-floor balcony overlooks the golf course and pines. Sunrise Ski Park is 50 minutes away. Sledding can be done on the golf course if there is enough snow. The community offers a restaurant/bar (open in summer, weekends in off season and major holidays), a large park, kids par 3 golf (2 holes), and a stocked fishing pond.
Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book, and guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Occupancy is limited to 10 persons.
