It's okay

The rent is pretty fair, good location and great neighbors, but as far as management the leasing manager is VERY rude, needs a attitude check, it's difficult to get ahold of anyone in the office leave voicemail will never hear back. I definitely would have loved to come back but due to ger being rude and unprofessional I would never go back.

Terrible management

I have been trying to get in touch with the manager, Mary for weeks now. I have gone by the office during business hours, at different times of the day and she is never there. I have called and there is no answer. I have left several messages and have not heard back. A few of my coworkers live at Las Brisas and I've asked them what's going on with their manager and they've said they don't hear back from her either and that they've seen quite a few people break their lease and move recently due… to the fact nothing is getting done. I'm sure the apartments are great inside but since I've been avoided by the manager I can't know for sure.

Safe, Cheap, and Great Location

I've lived here for a little over a month now, I stay in a 1 bedroom apartment by myself while my husband does his military training. The only thing i dislike about the apartment is the size, i wish i was able to upload pictures for this. I have a single 3 seat couch, a very small dining room table and 4 chairs, a tv stand, in the bedroom, there was room for a queen bed...however only a small chest and a nightstand, all of which is rented, was all that i could fit into the room. I rented my… furniture from Aarons, the store manager there told me that hes been inside every apartment in the city and dealt with every property manager, Donna and Las Brisas were by far the best.The area is great, very safe. Laundry is cheap, I saw reviews mention mold, I haven't come across this. Few bugs, but that's expected in every apartment. Overall, I really have enjoyed staying here.

Great Little Place

I was a short term tenant but Donna and the Staff made sure I was taken care off from my arrival after midnight, I had no problems that couldn't be taken care of with either a phone call or dropping off a request at the managers office. Donna and her staff walk the grounds daily to make sure the area is kept clean and make sure its a safe environment. I had no problems with my two kids who played outside alot, it felt safe to live there.
